This is one of my favorite smoothie recipes. It's quick, easy, and loaded with protein and healthy fats. The chia seeds will keep you feeling full all morning. 

In a blender mix the following ingredients

8 ounce water

1 cup of Cascadian Farms antioxidant berry mix

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1 tablespoon ground flax

Blend for one minute. Add one scoop of your favorite protein powder and blend for another 15 seconds.  

Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
