This is one of my all time favorite recipes. It is great for on the go families and packed with nutrition. 

Ingredients

2 cans black beans

1 can red beans

1 can chopped chiles  

1 jar chunky salsa (mild or medium based on your preference) 

1/2 white onion chopped

2 cups corn

1 package taco seasoning

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. I like to shred the chicken and stir it up about an hour before I serve it. I added spinach to mine last time I made it. You can serve it in a bowl, over a salad, with rice or in taco shells. My favorite is over a salad with advocado, chopped green onions and a little hot sauce. YUMMMY!
